Christine Bailey is an award winning Nutritionist, Chef and Author with over 18 years of experience in the health and food industry.
Winner of Coeliac UK Chef of the Year award, Christine is well known for her expertise in developing healthy foods, products and recipes particularly in the free-from sector. With a passion for creating delicious nourishing recipes Christine has a reputation for transforming people's health and love of real food.
As well as seeing clients, running cookery days and writing for the national press, Christine works with food and health companies providing nutritional expertise, recipe support and product development advice. Christine is an inspiring nutritional chef well known for her engaging style and enthusiasm.
Christine makes regular appearances in the media – on TV and radio, and most recently the BBC's Truth About Sugar. She is also a writer for many national magazines and newspapers, including Natural Health & Beauty, Health & Fitness, Men's Health, BodyFit, Cook Vegetarian, Women’s Fitness, Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health as well as websites on food, health, family and women’s health.
Christine is the author of numerous health and recipe books including Top 100 Baby Food Recipes, Top 100 Finger Food Recipes and Top 100 Recipes for Brainy Kids as well as Eat Yourself Pregnant, Her next book on Gut Health will be published in May 2016 and is endorsed by Dr Mark Hyman from the Institute Of Functional Medicine USA.

Christine has particular specialisms in paleo diets, allergy-free cooking, digestive health, coeliac disease and other autoimmune conditions and allergies.

She is involved in corporate health work advising companies on strategies to improve employee health and presenting at seminars and conferences.
